Join the Crestview Birthday Book Club
The Birthday Book Club provides a way to honor the birthday of students in a special and lasting way while helping to grow our library collection.
Students may participate every year they are at CES. Books may be in honor of a teacher's birthday.
Here is how the program works:
1. Fill out the form provided from the library and return it to school with a check for $10 payable to Crestview Elementary School.
2. During the first week of your child's birthday month, your child will select a book from the new books I have set aside for the club. Children with a summer birthday may choose a birthday book in September or wait until their ‘half-birthday’.
3. Birthday Book Club Perks:

Your child will be the first to check out the special book.

Special book plate will be placed in the front of the book in honor of your child.
All forms and payments should be returned by the end of September.
