Welcome to Crestview’s Ultimate Reading Challenge! Participating is easy. Read as many or as few books as you’d like on the attached list. For each book you read, fill out the entry form. For each entry form submitted, you will be entered into a drawing for a trip to the VA Reparatory Theater with Mrs. Cross and Mrs. Cannell to see a play (date and performance to be announced later)and have lunch at Family Meal!

 

Some things to remember…

• The books for the challenge will be placed on the Ultimate Reading Challenge display and may only be renewed once.

• You must actually READ the book!

• When filling out the entry, you will need to respond to a question in paragraph form which will let me know if you read the book.

• I will be reading all of these and will know if yours matches a friends.

• Entries will be discarded if not filled out properly. If I need more information I will come see you.

• All forms must be completed by (date to be determined). The drawing will be on the announcements.

• These books may be checked out from our library, the public library, borrowed from a friend, purchased, etc.

• If you are a winner and you have food allergies, we can make accommodations for lunch.
